Satya Jewelry is looking to for a highly-skilled and experienced Order Fulfillment/ Office Assistant to join our team to provide support with various office duties. If you're capable of multi-tasking on several different assignments while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude, we encourage you to apply! This position would best suit a self-starting team player with a lot of initiative and drive and the ability to work independently. Located in Manhattan, this position is ideal for individuals seeking a part-time job 9:30 AM- 3PM Monday-Friday with the possibility for it to turn into full-time.
Key responsibilities
  • Pack internet orders daily
  • Construct shipping boxes
  • Create shipping labels
  • Assist with customer service duties such as answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Assist with processing of returned orders and refunds
  • Update website product information
  • Assist multiple departments as needed
Requirements:
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Utmost attention to detail
  • Ability to follow company packing procedures and standards and handle inventory with care
  • Ability to keep workplace clean, neat and well-organized
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time, procedures and processes
  • Knowledge of Shipstation a plus
  • Knowledge of Shopify a plus
